Series of calls...

Everyday is a day of new experience, be it good or bad. Today's new experience was sitting with a Customer care representative and shadowing her...It's not easy to be a customer care rep...Calls and they are inseparable...

Within a hour, there were 9 calls. The person whom I shadowed was too good enough to answer all my questions and explained me, the process in detail. Each call was different and I did gain an iota of knowledge on the Business. Although I am into a different job spectrum as an App Specialist, this gave an experience worth mentioning!
